Ms. Green is a native of Moorhead, MS and current citizen. Ms. Green received her Bachelor of Science  Degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi Valley State University, a  Master’s Degree in Special Education from Jackson State University and an a school administration certification from Indiana Purdue University. She worked in many roles as an educator for 37 years.

MS. Green serves DAC as the Board secretary, Coordinator for the American Red Cross Emergency Center, Coordinates food distribution, Director of the Adult Literacy program and liaison for community outreach.
