Co-Founder & Executive Director of Delta Advantage Center (DAC)

Having completed 30+ years of exceptional military service and leadership across the United States, Africa, Asia and Europe, Colonel Fred Washington retired from active duty and returned home to the Mississippi Delta to continue serving his fellow man. Fred used his extensive educational accomplishments and certifications to serve in local government and excel in various entrepreneur ventures.

 

Fred is an aggressive energized team player ready to lead, follow and implement policies and procedures to enhance DAC’s effectiveness.  On a daily basis, Fred promotes a safe work environment and helps to set realistic goals, timelines and milestones. Fred is very skillful in recognizing the task at hand, identifying, assessing, and mitigating the associated risk from operational variables and making/recommending decisions which lead to mission success.
